  1. CORPORATE DIVISION
    Complaint received is acknowledgement within 3 working days. 
    Feedback to complainant the status of action taken on complaint received will made within 5 working days.

  2. ISSUANCE OF STEVEDORE AND CARGO HANDLING LICENCES
    Stevedore and cargo handling licenses will be issued within 2 working days after approval is given.

  3. ISSUANCE OF PORT CONVEYANCE PERMIT
    Port conveyance permit will be issued within 1 working day after approval is given.

  4. FREE COMMERCIAL ZONE UNIT
    Cargo movement in the Free Commercial Zone will be approved within 4 hours subject to application process is completed.

  5. ADMINSTRATION AND FINANCE DIVISION
    Payment will made within 7 days from the date of receipt of complete documents by the Finance Unit.

  6. DANGEROUS CARGO UNIT
    Every online application for dangerous cargo handling supported by relevant documents will be approved within 2 hours.
