Penang Port Commission (PPC) has participated in the World Maritime Day (WMD) 2015 Exhibition. The event was held on 30-31 October 2015 at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur.

WMD celebration for the year 2015 were organised by the Ministry of Transport (MOT) and the Marine Department of Malaysia (MARDEP) and being hosted by Iktisas Kelautan Malaysia (IKMAL) and Malaysia Shipowners Association (MASA).

The two-day event includes a conference, exhibition, career fair, golf tournament and dinner to propagate a theme to the public via people-friendly methods.
