The Ministry of Transport Malaysia and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) have jointly organised a meeting entitled: Mesyuarat Urusetia Keutuhan Tadbir Urus (JKTU) Peringkat Kebangsaan Bilangan 2 Tahun 2011 in City Bayview Hotel, Penang. It was held on 16 to 17 June 2011 and Penang Port Commission has been given the honour to host the opening ceremony on board the Pulau Payar Ferry. The opening ceremony was officiated by the Deputy Transport Minister II, YB Datuk Abdul Rahim Bakri. Among the honourable guests were Chief Commissioner of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, Dato' Sri Hj Abu Kassim Mohamed, Penang Port Commission's General Manager Encik Noor Ariff Yusoff, Director General of Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Dato' Azharuddin Abdul Rahman, Director General of Marine Department Malaysia Dato' Kapt Ahmad Othman and Chairman of Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. YB Dato' Sri Dr. Hilmi Hj Yahya. This ceremony was attended by 150 guests from various government agencies. |
